Copied from part a drawing by Edward Blore. He finished building Bukingham Palace for Queen Victoria after she had sacked poor Mr Nash. I have re-drawn it and added snow, figures and an evening sky. The children under the bridge started my mind feeling their plight and a poem and a drawing followed.
